Best for: decor, prototypes, organisers, plaques, models and indoor fittings
Rigid and dimensionally accurate, with a clean surface finish
Weakness: softens around 60 °C, so a car dashboard or a spot in direct summer sun can deform it

PETG — the tougher option

PETG costs a little more and is worth it when a part has to survive heat, sunlight or mechanical stress. It is the usual choice for functional and outdoor parts.
